Used for the prevention of recurrent pulmonary embolism (PE) via placement in the vena cava in the following situations:
• Pulmonary thromboembolism when anticoagulant therapy is contraindicated
• Failure of anticoagulant therapy in thromboembolic diseases
• Emergency treatment following massive PE where anticipated benefits of conventional therapy are reduced
• Chronic, recurrent PE where anticoagulant therapy has failed or is contraindicated.
The Cook Celect Platinum Filter implant may be retrieved.

The TREK™ RX & OTW Coronary Dilatation Catheters are indicated for:- Balloon dilatation of the stenotic portion of a coronary artery or bypass graft stenosis, for the purpose of improving myocardial perfusion
- Balloon dilatation of a coronary artery occlusion, for the purpose of restoring coronary flow in patients with ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction
- Balloon dilatation of a stent after implantation
