Bmw Guide Wire is a Hi-torque Cross IT 200 XT Guide Wire guidewire having 190cm length and 0.014 inch width. Provided guidewire is used to locate the placement of balloon catheters during percutaneous transluminal coronary angioplasty. This guidewire is highly demanded among customers all over the world.
The guidewire is the device used to guide the catheter into place during CVC insertions. The purpose of a guidewire is to gain access to the blood vessels using a minimally invasive technique.
The main components of a guidewire are: 1) a central shaft (core) made of stainless steel or nitonol; 2) body which surrounds the core and is usually made of coils or polymers; 3) a distal flexible tip made with platinum or tungsten alloy and 4) surface coating.

DISCRIPTION
- Maintain continuous flush while removing and reinserting the guide wire to prevent air from entering the catheter system. Perform exchanges slowly to prevent air entry and / or trauma.
- When reintroducing the guide wire, confirm that the interventional device tip is free within the vessel lumen and that the tip is parallel with the vessel wall.
