Guide wire differences between Torque and no Torque
Traversing a tortuous vessel, whether for Interventional Cardiology or Interventional Neurology can require a guide wire that is an extended version of the Interventional Cardiologist or Neurologist own finger. To achieve this, torque technology, like ASAHIās own patented guide wires, is needed for accurate pushback and little to no whip.
